Returns & Exchanges

At Cloudflare General Retail, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or enter your order number on our returns page to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to begin the transit process back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
